Light a candle and let yourself wind down with our Relaxation Bath Tea. This blend supports mental and physical relaxation by targeting tension and anxiety and promoting calm. 

Steep herbs in a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. Discard herbs when done. Do not put them down shower drain.
