Feeling sick and stuffy? Try our respiratory blend! These herbs can help to ease congestion, and promote warming in the body - perfect for 'sweating out' a cold. 

Steep herbs in a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. Discard herbs when done. Do not put them down shower drain.
